Our Static 24x12 Stable 6x12 Tackroom (30x12 Total size) comes with the bottom stable door, which includes a metal chew strip on the top of the door, a top bolt, and a kick-over latch.
This building will need to be fixed to a hard base (Concrete or brick course), alternatively, you can select. a mobile option that comes with skids
